1.What brand of the battery cell do you ues?
EVE, Greatpower, Lisheng… are the mian brand we ues. As the shortage of cell market, we usually adopt the cell brand flexibly toensure the delivery time of customer orders. What we can promise to our customers is we ONLY use grade A 100% original new cellls.
2. How many year of your battery's warranty?

3. Which inverter brands are compatible with your batteries?
Our batteries can match with 90% different inverter brand of the market, such as Victron, SMA, GoodWe, Growatt, Ginlong, Deye,Sofar Solar, Voltronic Power,SRNE, SoroTec Power, MegaRevo, ect...
4. How do you offer after-sales service to solve product problem？
We have professional engineers to provide technical service remotely. If our engineer diagnoses that the product parts or batteries are broken, we will provide a new part or battery to the customer free of charge immediately.
5. What certificates do you have?
Different country have different certificates standard. Our battry can meet CE, CB, CEB, FCC, ROHS, UL, PSE, SAA, UN38.3,MSDA,IEC, etc… Please tell our sales what certificate you need when sending inquiry to us.
6. How to prove your batteries are original new?
All of original new batteries have a QR code on them and people can track them by scaning the code. Used cell is no longer able to tracking the QR code, even no QR code on it.
7. How many low-voltage storage batteries can you connect in parallel?
Usually, max 16 LV energy batteries can be connect in parallel.
8. How does your battery communicate with the inverter?
Our energy battery supports CAN and RS485 communication ways. CAN communication can match most of inverter brands.
9. What's your delivery time?
Sample or trail order will take 3-7 working days; bulk order uaually will take 20-45 working days after payment.
10. What is the size and R&D strength of your company?
Our factory has been established since 2009 and we have an independent R&D team of 30 people. Most of our engineers have rich experience in research and development and used to serve the famous enterprises such as Growatt, Sofar,Goodwe, etc.
11. Do you offer OEM/OEM service?
Yes, we support OEM/ODM service, like logo customization or developing product function.
12. What is the difference between on-grid and off-grid?
On-Grid Systems tie directly to your utility grid, selling an alternative source of energy in addition to what your utility company provides.Off-grid systems do not tie to the utility grid and are sustained using a battery bank. The battery bank can be hooked up to an inverter, which converts DC voltage to AC voltage allowing you to use any AC appliances or electronics.
